Field Supervisor

Description The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing, mentoring, and increasing the efficiency of the installation team. Starting salary range is $65,000 to $80,000/year depending on experience. Anticipated start date of this position is May 11, 2026. Requirements: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible to improve efficiencies for the installation team, working in cooperation with the other field supervisors - Mentor and monitor progress and growth development of the field technicians - Subject matter expert (SME) with residential and commercial audio/video products including but not limited to automation systems, lighting control systems, security systems, networks, access control systems, and other low voltage products - Perform random spot check of installations, travel to field technician job site to observe and verify the technician is capable of performing work assigned to company standards - Act as the first level of support to troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues - Develop and help enforce a training program, working in collaboration with the leadership team to identify training topics and subsequent implementation of training for field technici...
