Job Description: Saab, Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Services Engineer to join our team in Twentynine Palms, CA. This role provides highly visible customer support through on-site installation, as well as overseeing diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. The Field Services Engineer ensures operational quality of system equipment and instructs customers on proper system operation and maintenance. Responsibilities include: Work effectively as part of a collaborative team, as well as independently. Perform on-site installation and maintenance of complex equipment and systems. Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair equipment as needed. Verify and approve operational quality of system equipment. Instruct customers in system operation and maintenance. Serve as company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. Interpret customer needs and determine whether problem resolution falls to sales personnel, customer support representatives, or engineers.
