Job Description Overview: We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our Moving I-4 Forward project in Kissimmee, FL. Your role: · Entering and maintaining candidate and onboarding data in internal systems. · Assisting with tracking workforce development candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process. · Assist with recruiting efforts for new leads through initial phone calls and emails, as well as follow-ups throughout the onboarding process. · Supporting documentation, preparation and organization for new hires. · Coordinating administrative aspects of onboarding workflows. · Ensuring records are complete, accurate, and updated timely. · Assisting the team with general clerical and administrative tasks related to recruitment operations.
