POSITION SUMMARY: Camp Lunch Support helps coordinate lunchtime operations for Martis Camp’s Summer Camp. This role is responsible for serving Camper lunches, maintaining clean and organized dining spaces, and assisting with camp setup and cleanup tasks. While primarily operational, this position interacts regularly with Campers and should be comfortable maintaining positive boundaries and supporting a positive lunchtime environment. This position runs Monday–Thursday from 9:00 AM–2:00 PM, with required staff training on June 13–14. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: LUNCH SERVICE & PREP - Clean up and organize Camper check-in materials and spaces following morning drop-off. - Set up the camp lunch area, including tables, buffet service, and supplies. - Serve buffet-style lunches to Campers while prioritizing boundaries and positive interactions. - Assist the Youth Programs team in facilitating a smooth and organized lunchtime environment. - Monitor food service areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and appropriate Camper behavior.
