Duty Manager | Kangaroo Island, SA About the Role: Southern Ocean Lodge is seeking a Duty Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the lodge and ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience. In this hands-on role, you will oversee daily operations across departments, supporting the team and stepping in where needed to maintain exceptional service standards. You will play a key role in creating a warm, personalised guest experience while ensuring the smooth running of the lodge.
