Job Title: EHR Data & Operations Coordinator Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to support our upcoming MEDITECH Expanse EHR implementations. This role will play a critical part in organizing data, improving workflows, and supporting teams as they transition to a new electronic health record system. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data, systems and processes; and wants to be part of a large-scale transformation that directly impacts patient care and staff experience. Key Responsibilities: - Organize, clean, and maintain data related to the EHR implementation (training data, user lists, tracking tools, etc.) - Improve how data is collected and structured to support reporting and decision-making during the implementation - Support tracking of key metrics such as training completion, readiness, and adoption indicators - Assist in building scalable tools and processes to support the EHR rollout across departments - Translate data into clear, simple insights for project teams and leadership - Manage and maintain SharePoint sites used for communication, documentation, and resources - Support coordinat...
