Job description

Role summary: This position requires a strong understanding of lean manufacturing and general production principles in an ETO environment. The Manufacturing Manager(M/F/D) ensures that dates are adhered to and determines if we need to work overtime to meet delivery dates. The Manufacturing Manager manages the production plan and ensures timely communication and problem resolution in the event dates cannot be met. Daily focus on understanding problems affecting the production departments with actions to correct are key in ensuring a continuous improvement culture in the manufacturing department. This position reports to the Plant Manager and has direct reports.
