Position Summary We a seeking to hire a Senior Compensation & Benefits Consultant. The role will be based in our London office and will report into the Director of HR Operations. The role is accountable for the technical and commercial delivery of the company’s compensation and benefits frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, employment legislation and internal control standards. The role supports multiple geographies across Europe, including the UK, France, Italy, Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg and Belgium. Working in a matrix environment, the role partners with stakeholders across HR, Finance and the business. The approximate split of the role will be 40% compensation duties and 60% benefits duties. Key Responsibilities: Compensation: - Maintain the CNA Hardy Willis Towers Watson (WTW) job architecture and benchmarking framework, including: - Score and level roles consistently - Manage internal compensation data accurately and on time. - Submit annual salary data to WTW. - Analyse WTW outputs and develop market-reflective salary bands. - Maintain job family and career framework structures. - Produce compensation data and insights for the wider...
