OVERVIEW: The Commercial & Builder/A&D Sales Manager has a pivotal role focused on driving growth and building strong relationships with regional and custom home builders, developers and general contractors within an assigned geographic territory. This individual will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and design firms and act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our products and services to meet their project requirements. This position will also include driving National Builder, multifamily and commercial project strategies and programs at the divisional level. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with company goals, ensuring that our products and services meet the unique needs of the builder segment.
