The Vice President, Human Resources for the Systems Protection (SP) business segment will serve as a strategic business partner to the President of Systems Protection. They will partner with the President and broader SP Leadership Team in developing and delivering a people strategy that aligns with both the segment and enterprise strategic vision and mission. Based in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, the VP HR will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer for nVent with a dual reporting line into the SP President and be fully integrated with both the HR and Business Segment leadership teams. They will participate in the segment decision-making process, offer insight from the perspective of the HR team, as well as from a general business perspective.
