Work Location: Frisco, Texas: Work Hours: PRN/As Needed: Department Highlights: - Onsite Radiologists - ACR Certified Centers - Excellent Work-Life Balance ​​​​​​​ Here is what you will need: - Texas Medical Board License - MRT - Current ARRT in Mammography certification or eligible to take advanced level exam with documentation of clinical experience. - Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology - Continuing Education: MQSA/FDA- 15 CEU’s every 3 years, 200-documented case numbers every 2 years. - Experience with diagnostic procedures such as ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies is preferred. A Day in the Life of a Mammography Technologist: - Provide services and support for the following areas: - Prepares for and assists the Radiologist in the completion of intricate mammography examinations, including breast biopsies. - Produce high-quality films for the radiologist to evaluate. - Effectively communicate to patients the procedures and educate women about the role of regular mammography in preventative breast health. - Maintain patient-first focus at all times and exhibit outstanding...
