The Staff Accountant is responsible for all aspects of general ledger accounting, financial reporting, financial forecasting and budgeting, and account reconciliations. How You Will Contribute: Perform daily general ledger operations, journal entries, and account reconciliations Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing and reporting processes Prepare Bank Reconciliations and resolve any bank issues Identify financial variances by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans, forecasts and prior year Ensure general ledger accounts are maintained in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Perform monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization Review and approve expense reports: Maintain/update fixed asset roster within Workday Compile and analyzes financial information for the organization Assist in developing the budget and support in FP...
