Flad is a national architectural firm with ten offices looking to hire a Recruiter to work in our Madison, WI office. This role will handle full‑lifecycle recruiting, helping candidates move smoothly through the process and working closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure teams are staffed with qualified talent. They will also assist the HR team with research, resume review, scheduling, references, orientation, and other projects.
