Purpose: To provide a resource to Field Operations with oversight of the MNX Service Partners ensuring optimum operational, compliance and fiscal results. - Service Partner refers to an airline, ground vendor or wholesaler who supplies services to MNX. Requirements: - Onboarding of new Service Partners and facilitating negotiation of rates including routine rate reviews. - Review and update Ground agent QC Codes on a daily basis for accuracy and make necessary corrections with supervisor approval - Ensure Service Partners in assigned region are aware of MNX service standards and comply with providing feedback when standards are...
