Job description

Responsible for processing applications from dealers and funding loans within the requirements of the loan policies established by the Credit Union. Perform other clerical duties as assigned. Responsibilities: Qualifications: Ability to cope with pressured situations. Knowledge of general lending policies. Understands Credit Union goals and objectives. Ability in math, 10 key, and computer. Ability to complete work accurately with minimal supervision. Must be detail oriented. Ability to always maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records. Excellent communication and people skills. - Prepare, Fund and merge loans. - Perform employment verifications/income verifications, ensure accuracy of loan contracts and make decision within limits. - File and organize all incoming and outgoing documents for example: Signature cards, applications, and contracts. - Maintain returned mail - Review received stipulations on loans, such as Proof of Residency, Proof of Paid Collection, etc. - Assist in Month end balancing and report preparation. - Participate in department and credit union projects that pertain to indirect funder duties. - Assist dealership personnel in completing lo...
