Carnegie Mellon University's department of Facilities Management is seeking a highly organized Specialist of Engineering Services to oversee the strategic operation and maintenance of critical campus assets, with a specialized focus on elevator systems and vertical transportation. You will drive operational excellence through the implementation of robust preventative maintenance programs and vendor oversight and leverage data analytics to track system performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives that minimize campus disruptions. Here in Facilities Management & Campus Services (FMCS), we work together to provide Service Excellence.
