Department: 34141 IL Hospice Divisional - Nursing: SCT (Supportive Care Team) Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: No Hou rs Per Week: 0 Schedule Details/Additional Information: PRN Hospice RN for 12 hour nights 8p-8a in the southwest suburbs, including but not limited to Broadview, Bolingbrook, Lombard, Sugar Grove, Orland Park. Minimum of two shifts per month requirement (1 weekday and 1 weekend shift) Rotating holiday track (2 holidays per year) Pay Range: $35.50 - $53.25 Licensure: A valid driver’s license issued by the Division of Motor Vehicles. - Nurse/Patient Relationship: Develops and maintains a therapeutic relationship throughout the healthcare continuum - 1)Identifies the need for various communication styles and seeks assistance in utilizing the most appropriate strategy - 2)Identifies factors affecting patient’s physical and psychosocial comfort & attends to these needs per standards - 3)Identifies the need for patient and family to participate in care.
