We are currently looking for new and experienced Behavior Therapists to work in 1 or more of our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs. We provide services in a variety of locations throughout Eastern Massachusetts and offer services to individuals ranging from 15 months to 22 years. Northeast Arc’s ABA Services: Our ABA services provide a continuum of consistent evidence-based direct care and services for children, teens, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Individualized treatment programs are developed by a Board-Certified Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LABA) based on assessments, consultation, and person-centered plans, in order to meet the needs of the individual served. Our Behavior Therapists work in a team atmosphere alongside BCBAs, Early Intervention staff, families and caregivers.
