Whites Group is an energetic and progressive Australian Family-owned business that is geared for growth . We are a key supplier to both the Retail Home Improvement and Rural Hardware markets. The Role: We currently have an opportunity for a Manufacturing Manager to join our team based at Dandenong South. This is a Greenfields site with five brand new injection moulding machines and great new technology to manufacture recycled plastics products that sell in the Hardware and Export markets. Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, this role will be an integral senior leadership role and will have a team of up to 22 employees, including 5 direct reports. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support the manufacturing team, including goal setting, performance management, recruitment, training, and capability development. - Manage the manufacturing budget, control expenses, and work closely with the General Manager on CAPEX/OPEX requirements. - Plan and schedule production in partnership with Supply Chain & Operations to meet forecasted demand and achieve KPI targets. - Oversee supplier liaison, component ordering, equipment layout planning, and material flow to ensure optimal cost, q...
