School Support Officer - Classroom (40 hours per fortnight)

Job description

A temporary part time position commencing 20 July 2026 until 17 December 2026. This position exists to support the delivery of quality learning and teaching. This classroom-based position requires you to work collaboratively with teachers, providing assistance in all areas of student learning and management. ESSENTIAL SELECTION CRITERIA: The preferred applicant demonstrates the following criteria: - A commitment to the mission and purpose of the Catholic School within the broader Catholic Church. - Ability to support childrens individual learning in the classroom. - Understanding of and ability to work with students with diverse needs. - Ability to interact positively with students. - Technical competence in appropriate technologies. DESIRABLE SELECTION CRITERIA: - Previous experience in similar settings. - Experience with the PB4L framework.
