Overview Job Description: - The Associate Project Manager is responsible for the coordination of customer implementation projects from initiation through project closure. They are responsible for project scheduling and coordination budget control non-conformity resolution and risk management - This is an entry-level to early-career project management role responsible for managing small to moderately complex customer implementations, operating under limited oversight and aligned with established project management methodologies Responsibilities: - Utilize the Project Implementation Methodology and related tools to bring projects to successful completion within scope, on time, and within budget. - Facilitate and coordinate client meetings using engaging, informative presentation methods. - Create and maintain project documentation utilizing standards prescribed by the Project Management team - Develop, maintain, and track project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and action items. - Manage timely and effective communication with key customer and internal stakeholders. - Monitor project scope against contractual commitments and escalate potential out-...
