Position Summary: The Assistant Director of Human Resources (HR) Operations supports the execution and continuous improvement of HR operational functions including Compliance, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and HR Systems for Crest Industries. This role partners closely with the Director of HR Operations to ensure effective implementation of HR strategies, maintain legal compliance, and deliver high-quality HR services that support business objectives and organizational growth.
