About the role The Quality Control Specialist is the primary enforcer of the "Golden Standard" within the RDD National Practice. This role is responsible for ensuring that every project—regardless of geographic location—is executed with the same precision and technical integrity. You will oversee the implementation of In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) systems and digital checklists to eliminate "Style Drift" and ensure "First-Pass Yield" on all site handovers. Success in this role requires a "zero-defect" mindset, deep technical knowledge of hyperscale infrastructure, and the ability to conduct rigorous audits that turn field errors into opportunities for continuous improvement. Annual compensation: $42,910 - $60,480 USD What you'll be doing: - Implement and manage In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) checkpoints throughout the 5-Phase Gated Framework to catch variances before they escalate. - Conduct comprehensive audits of all active hyperscale sites to verify adherence rates to internal quality control protocols. - Compare actual site delivery against original Project Charters to identify quality gaps and ensure long-term outcome predictability. - Analyze recurring deployment defec...
