Cardinal Shehan School, located in Baltimore , Maryland, is seeking a qualified, full-time Primary School Teacher for the 2026–2027 academic school year The full-time Primary School teachers have the opportunity to become part of a dynamic school community and would be responsible for instruction in all core subjects in a self-contained classroom. Essential Functions: - Create and implement lesson plans with clear objectives inline with the Archdiocesan Course of Study, utilizing techniques to motivate, challenge, engage, and inspire students to think confidently and independently. - Responsible for the safety and active supervision of students. - Integrate the use of technology effectively into the curriculum. - Establish reasonable standards for student achievement. - Observe and assess student progress, record such progress, and share with parents as required by school policy. - Maintain high professional standards consistent with the mission of the school and the teachings of the Catholic Church. - Interact effectively and respond to all parent communications in a professional and timely manner. - Participate in faculty meetings, collaborative planning meetings, retreats, schoo...
