Technician II

Job description

Our Technician II's are responsible for delivering professional lawn care services, including the application of fertilizers, herbicides, and pest control products. This role involves diagnosing lawn issues, executing treatment plans, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Education: Experience: Skills: - High school diploma or GED required. - No experience required - Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or chemical application preferred but not required; training provided. - Obtaining & maintaining applicator license(s) required by applicable state(s) if applicable. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results. - Good communication and time management skills. - Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. - Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. - Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. - Ability to complete company-provided training on safety and chemical application practices.
