Job Description: Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Learning Specialist to join our Mission Critical, L&D team! As the Mission Critical Learning & Development Specialist , you must have hands‑on experience managing the full onboarding lifecycle , from requisition and pre‑onboarding through extended new‑hire integration. You will lead the first two onboarding phases— Pre‑Onboarding and New Hire Setup & Sector Orientation —and provide ongoing coordination and support throughout the first six months to ensure consistency, readiness, and long‑term success. Successful candidates bring proven experience partnering with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, subject matter experts, and leadership to design and deliver onboarding experiences that accelerate role clarity and performance. You must also have experience in training content development , LMS administration , and supporting ongoing capability‑building initiatives . Strong organization, stakeholder management, and a commitment to delivering a high‑quality onboarding experience are essential for success in this role.
