Your Opportunity: We are looking for a Manager with an interest in Real Estate to join the team – someone with experience with corporate clients, and the drive to join an energetic team. You will work on a wide variety of clients and transactions across our national practice. You will use your qualifications and experience to work on matters that will include: - Structuring, with a particular focus on inbound investment structures, taxation of trusts / Managed Investment Trusts - Tax due diligence and transaction document review - Assist clients with their tax compliance, including preparing and/or reviewing of trust and company tax returns - Research and analyse technical tax issues - Transaction related ATO and FIRB correspondence - Support with business development initiatives and proposals - Mentor, develop and lead teams Your Experie...
