What you get to do: This role will lead the Security Team through daily operation of the Park on both Operating and Non-Operating hours to ensure a safe atmosphere for our employees and guests. This position will balance Security/Law Enforcement practices with that of Safety including Medical Response procedures, Fire Prevention, and Incident Management. You will: - Direct personnel involved in establishing and maintaining park security and property protection programs. - Directly supervise more than 36 security officers during an assigned shift in the Security Department. - Enthusiastically represents SeaWorld by displaying a positive attitude, high level of energy and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the job. - Establish operational procedures for activities such as guarding and patrolling physical property, orienting and mo...
