Category Manager (CPG)

Job description

This position is #Hybrid , working on-site in the Rogers, AR office. You will drive insight-based recommendations by analyzing complex data, partnering cross-functionally to deliver effective category strategies, and developing client-specific reporting. Build trusted advisor relationships through regular client engagement, create compelling sales presentations, and provide ongoing performance analysis aligned to KPIs and business objectives. Analyze complex data to develop insight-driven recommendations aligned with business strategies and objectives. Support the category review process by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive category management solutions. Independently develop, manage, and maintain client-specific reporting to track performance against defined strategies and KPIs. Establish and maintain regular client engagement to build trusted advisor relationships with clients and internal business managers. Develop high-quality sales presentations using syndicated, shopper, and internal data sources to address key business challenges and opportunities.
