Position Summary: The Wide Format Service Technician will be responsible for the diagnosis and repair Wide Format printers. In this role, you will... Note: 100% of the time you will be required to travel to customer's sites to repair their equipment, including the occasional out of town trip. About you... We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual able to work in the team environment and is willing to take on and learn new machine maintenance. Specific machine training will be provided. - Troubleshoot wide-format printers. - Estimate service costs - Provide repair and preventative maintenance on a selection of HP Wide Format Printers. - Provide excellent customer service both over the phone and face to face, as well as have an ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences - Identify and escalate issues requiring additional support to the Manufacturers and/or Service Manager as required - Complete all required paperwork to ensure efficien...
