This person will deliver high‑quality training, support frontline teams, and ensure consistent operational excellence. What will you be doing?: Train and coach field operatives in the training centre and/or on site. Maintain strong connections with other trainers within KONE to share best practices and to understand current and future trends. Analyse performance to plan, recommend and implement corrective actions. Support and actively participate in new employee induction, site inspections and audits.
