General Summary: Under general supervision, this position is responsible for the administration of Company collective bargaining agreements, including compliance related issues, grievance and arbitration administration, payroll administration, negotiation assistance, and general administrative support in a manner consistent with Company policies. Essential Job Accountabilities: Provide interpretation and guidance to internal clients to ensure compliance with union contract provisions, prevailing wage laws and apprenticeship standards regulations Develop and maintain relations with unions, contractors’ associations, trust administrators, enforcement entities, and peers to resolve labor compliance issues Resolve financial and compliance issues with union trusts, and facilitate the trust audit process, to ensure compliance and...
