Job description

Overview: Completes skilled processing and research duties related to mortgage payment, payoff and special loans. Primary Responsibilities: - Complete complex data entry, system updates, analysis and Interpretation related to mortgage payments, payoffs and special product maintenance. - Complete non-standardized document review and validation related to mortgage notes, modifications and ACH (Automated ClearingHouse) agreements. - Complete intermediate-level document review and/or preparation related to verification of mortgage loan documents and adherence to procedures. - Respond to or initiate non-standardized requests on exception payment applications or mortgage document term research. - Complete high complexity non-standardized research on missing or misapplied payments and payoffs. - Complete intermediate-level analysis and reconciliations and assist in review and research of reconciling items. - Complete non-standard exception processing of payments, payoffs and ARM (Adjustable Rate Mortgage) criteria outside current system logic. - May contact internal business partners or external customers regarding issues around mortgage payment, payoff or payment parameters. - Work with,...
