Our work is grounded in real systems, real constraints, and the long-term modernization of core banking technology. The Team: You will join a small, focused core team that combines deep technical expertise with hands-on engineering experience. The team includes PhDs with backgrounds from Google, YouTube, and Microsoft, alongside experienced engineers with strong expertise in machine learning and software development. The Challenge: Our work sits at the intersection of modern AI and business-critical legacy systems — from mainframes and GPUs to mobile applications. This role is not just about writing code. It is about improving how software is built, maintained, and modernized, while helping other teams move faster and work more effectively.
