Notified is growing and we are hiring an Associate Support Specialist for the Client Service Delivery team in Stockholm. The Associate Support Specialist is responsible for database administration, account creation, and customer service within the Public Relations line of business. Your role will be to ensure customer service delivery in an accurate and timely manner while upholding security protocols. You will serve as a subject matter expert for Notified Media Monitoring products, providing day-to-day client advice and support. You will also promote the organization’s capabilities to clients and identify sales opportunities to be forwarded to the account managers in the Sales Department resulting in contract extensions or additional business within the account(s).
