Job DetailsJob Location: Boise HBC - Boise, ID 83716Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 Salary/yearJob Category: Sales General Statement of Duties: This position will report directly to the Division General Manager of Idaho Wine Merchants (IWM). The Southwest Sales Manager position will run the day-to-day sales activities of the on-premise and independent accounts in Southwest Idaho market. Duties will include but are not limited to: Achieving sales objectives and KPI’s, sales training, wine education, account management, budgeting, and customer development . The position has latitude for independent direction in duties. This position is office based but requires 50% of the time in the market supporting sale initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The primary function of an employee in this class is to perform duties that include working closely with the IWM Suppliers, Sales, and Brand Management Teams, to develop and execute a business plan to achieve strategic and tactical goals.
