General Summary: Under general supervision, the Workday Specialist - P&C will serve as a key contributor in the administration, configuration, and optimization of our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This position collaborates closely with People & Culture to translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions. The Specialist continuously identifies opportunities for process improvement and automation, ensures compliance with employment regulations, and maintains comprehensive system documentation.
