Warehouse Supervisor

Job description

This position is responsible for strategically and tactically managing several warehouse functions within the distribution center warehouse in compliance with the Company’s policies and vision. Up to 9 direct reports. Approximately 650 inbound and outbound lines per day. Safety / Compliance of the Law Champions safe behaviors; actively participates in all safety initiatives. Demonstrates fair & ethical relations with everyone, embracing our Core Values & Supply Chain Operating Principles. Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local laws and enforce all company rules and regulations. Exercises proper care in the use of equipment; instructs and enforces the similar standards for associates. Carries out policies, including the Code of Business Ethics and procedures, and works to the performance standards as defined for the location and picking and shipping areas. Problem Solving / Collaborative Relationships: Takes accountability for delivering on commitments; owns mistakes and uses them as opportunities for learning and development.
