HOURS: 37.5 hours per week QUALIFICATIONS: Required: Preferred: - Plan building maintenance and operational programs - Ensure the efficiency of all building systems - Assist in preparing operating renewal reports and budgets - Maintain a safe work environment for all employees - Ensure all processes and compliance programs are met - Prepare cost estimates for moves and equipment - Coordinate with program managers and building contractors - Manage maintenance of grounds - Conduct and document regular facility inspections of all mechanical and utility systems, ensure systems are serviced in accordance with all rules and regulations - Negotiate bids and contracts for third party workers - Prepare and file reports with government and regulatory authorities including environmental permitting - Oversee all building and grounds maintenance - Operate and maintain maintenance functions - Ensure security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly - Ensure that the facility is clean and maintained according to program policy and procedures - Manage and supervise the quality of work for other employees to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effec...
