Title of Position: Lead Pastor (Full-Time) Name of Church: Columbia Community Fellowship Church Location: Columbia, PA: Church Location Description: Columbia is a small borough along the Susquehanna River in Lancaster County, about 10 miles west of the city of Lancaster. The area combines a small-town community character with proximity to the broader Lancaster region. Job Description: Columbia Christian Fellowship is seeking a full-time Lead Pastor to shepherd and lead the congregation following the retirement of their founding pastor. The incoming pastor will work alongside elders and ministry leaders to strengthen and deepen the church's discipleship culture, develop a clear pathway for connecting and growing people in Christ, and cultivate a community known for prayer, presence, and gospel mission in the Columbia area.
