Job Description: The IT System Engineer is responsible for the strategic design, technical implementation, and long-term stability of the company’s digital ecosystem. This role bridges the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution—designing the "big picture" architecture while ensuring that operating systems, software, and infrastructure are configured to meet high standards of performance, security, and scalability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Architecture & Solution Design System Blueprinting: Research and evaluate requirements for new and existing applications to design integrated, scalable software and infrastructure solutions. Technical Specifications: Lead the creation of technical specifications for internal developments and provide the design framework for all new IT initiatives. Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose IT-driven solutions to improve operational flow.
