Description SUMMARY: The Director of Residential Services oversees substance use disorder (SUD) programs in Santa Fe, New Mexico, including both the 30-day residential facility and the extended care program, and collaborates closely with the Project Director of Women and Children’s Services. This role is responsible for managing daily operations while fostering a continuous learning environment that emphasizes cultural proficiency. Key responsibilities also include recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-quality team, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with community partners and contractors.
