Job description

Interior Designer(s) (full-time; multiple openings) needed to work in Newport Beach, California to participate in marketing (proposals for new projects and interviews) and business development efforts for new commercial interior design projects. Create conceptual design packages for feasibility studies, projects, and competitions. Lead and direct team members on the development of design throughout schematic and design development phases. Formulate approach to design presentations and work with team members to develop presentation content. Present design concepts to clients. Incorporate feedback into design updates. Research artistic and technical issues. Participate in selection of color palette, materials, and finishes to appropriately convey design concepts, and to meet functional, socio-psychological and safety requirements. Build 3D architectural and interior design models and graphic presentations. Collaborate with design team and develop solutions that are coordinated through the construction documentation phase of a project.
