About the Role: As Change Manager within Talent & Culture’s Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Project (PACT), you will lead the change approach to deliver divisional NFR priorities under the Court Enforceable Undertaking. You will partner with project and business leaders to drive adoption of the program activities, embed uplifted NFR and ways of working, and support sustainable improvements in risk management practices. This role requires strong operational risk and risk management expertise, combined with a practical delivery mindset and experience working in regulated environments. Experience in delivering maturity uplift programs in risk management and/or supporting APRA remediation programs and/or Enforceable Undertakings is highly desirable. To be successful in this role, we need a passionate risk professional that can lead the uplift in risk maturity, capability and application of risk management activities within Talent & Culture.
