Department Overview Oregon Health & Science University Improving Addiction Care Team (IMPACT), is devoted to providing substance use disorder (SUD) care to hospitalized patients through direct patient care, research, education, advocacy, and health system transformation efforts. IMPACT is a well-established clinical service that supports regional, state, and national expansion of hospital-based addiction care. The role of the Project Manager is to manage and support new and ongoing projects within IMPACT. This position works with both internal and external partners to plan, organize, and execute coordinated delivery of large-scale, complex projects. In addition to traditional project management responsibilities, this role includes oversight of program evaluation infrastructure, coordination of research-related activities, and support for dissemination efforts. The successful candidate must have proven leadership and project management abilities, including the ability to manage complex, visible strategic initiatives from conception through implementation, while maintaining strong evaluation, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
