POSITION SUMMARY: The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance operations of their assigned facilities, ensuring all equipment and systems are functioning effectively and efficiently. This role involves managing a team of maintenance technicians, scheduling repairs, managing vendors while on-site, performing preventive maintenance, conducting daily work orders and janitorial tasks while maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
