Location Narraweena, NSW, Australia Role Purpose: The Disability Support Worker role at CPA exists to provide high-quality, person-centered support to people with disabilities. You will play a vital role in empowering clients to live as independently as possible, by helping them to achieve their goals and supporting their day-to-day wellbeing, dignity and quality of life. About the Clients: CPA are seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to work crucial overnight shifts at one of our SIL homes in Narraweena. In this role, you will be providing important in-home support to clients during awake overnight shifts. Our clients can have a range of disabilities including Cerebral Palsy and other similar conditions and can have different level of medical needs and behaviours. Role Overview: Your role is focused on providing support to clients in a domestic setting (in the home). You will make a meaningful difference through supporting clients with daily living needs such as cooking and mealtimes and helping with cleaning & general household tasks.
