Flow Traders is looking for an experienced Head of PMO to own and oversee our global project portfolio and drive execution excellence across the firm. Reporting directly to the COO, this role will be the driving force behind our global project portfolio, ensuring that our most important initiatives are prioritized, aligned, and delivered on time within budget, with measurable impact. In a fast-paced high-frequency trading environment, you will enable cross-functional collaboration across technology, trading, risk, operations, and corporate functions. While pioneering the adoption of AI and agentic workflows to fundamentally elevate how we plan, govern, execute and report on projects. The Head of PMO will work closely with senior leaders to bring clarity to complexity, foster strong cross-functional partnerships, enforce disciplined investment governance, and continuously evolve the PMO into an AI-augmented, data-driven strategic function.
