This is a hybrid position that will require candidates to be an Oregon resident. The Professional Development Specialist is responsible for supporting, designing, developing, conducting and assessing Education related programming at Providence PACE including continuing education opportunities for staff. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree - 2 years of experience in training, education, organizational development or project management with a health care organization, educational institution or corporation.
