The Culinary and Hospitality Services Coordinator is responsible for the overall operation of all Food and Beverage Services for the Assisted Living Community Onsite 239 Alexandria Pike, Warrenton, VA 20186 Responsibilities: one day in advance regulations applicable Shift: - Responsible for inventory control and product orders. - Planning of staff schedules for food preparation, serving, and clean up - Implementation and changes to menus - Ensure that a daily preparation plan is reviewed with the prep staff each day, at least - Supervise and participate in food preparation for meals - Plan and provide catering services within the community. - Ensure proper maintenance of equipment in cooperation with the Executive Director - Ensure that the dining area is set and maintained - Responsible for meeting budget requirements for supplies, food, and labor costs - Assist in recruitment, orientation, and training of Dietary Aides. - Responsible for overall...
